We have teamed up with FIT Bootcamp to provide outdoor military style fitness sessions on our outdoor pitch seven times a week.
Run by existing and former military Physical Training Instructors (PTIs) these sessions provide a unique opportunity to get fit, without having to go to the gym.
From boxing to weights, and running to strength training there is something for everyone, providing a full body workout catering for all fitness levels and abilities.
Bootcamp sessions are held at the Saltmill on the following days and times:
Monday 9.30am to 10.30am and 6pm to 7pm
Wednesday 9.30am to 10.30am and 6pm to 7pm
Friday 9.30am to 10.30am and 6pm to 7pm
Saturday 8.30am to 9.30am
Free week pass for new members
FIT Bootcamp are offering all new members a free pass for a week – that means you can attend unlimited classes for a whole week.

Following the week trial you can become a member for £35 a month. This allows you to attend unlimited sessions at the Saltmill and at FIT Bootcamp’s other locations in Plymouth. These are currently being run Monday through to Saturday at Hartley Park and the Royal William Yard.
You can also attend on a pay as you go basis, £4.50 a session.
